Storing Forms Electronically

Our firm was just audited and we had to produce every I-9 form we had ever collected. Needless to say we could not locate many of the forms. What is the best way to store all information electronically?

There are a number of ways to accomplish this. One simple way is to scan all documents and attach them to applicants in your staffing software. Most staffing software applications have this feature.

Another easier way is with applicant Onboarding. Using an automated Onboarding process, forms and other information automatically flow into your staffing software and are securely stored in your database.

With Onboarding, the applicant fills out all forms electronically through a wizard-style interface. This is less confusing than filling out manual forms, it reduces paperwork, increases data integrity and saves you money.
