Terri Roeslmeier is the Founder and CEO of Automated Business Designs and has been servicing the staffing industry since 1982 with the latest staffing software innovations. For 40+ years Terri has led a company dedicated to innovation and helping staffing companies grow their business with the latest staffing technology. Terri has worked with 500+ staffing companies to help them stay at the forefront of the industry.

Terri also serves on the Board of Directors for the Illinois Search & Staffing Association and is an active member of other local and national staffing associations, including a long-time membership in the American Staffing Association.

Terri has earned many accolades including a Lifetime Achievement Award for Entrepreneurial Excellence from the Herald Business Ledger, the National Association of Personnel Services Shero Award for her many years of work within the staffing industry, and the Illinois Search and Staffing Association Volunteer of the Year Award.
